Requirement:
- possess good working attitudes
- preferably conversant in English, Mandarin & B. Malaysia

- Strong planning, follow-up and organizational skills
- Require basic knowledge of UBS accounting software
Responsibility:
- Daily supervision of accounts and finance functions
- Preparation of relevant statutory reports
- Able to handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- Prepare invoice, delivery order, purchase order, logistics and warehousing documentation
- Coordinate timely release of products and response to the customers' enquiries
- Liaise with customers, forwarders and relevant authorities
- Handle general administrative matters
- To organize and maintain files of departmental correspondence, records, etc
- To schedule appointment and coordinate arrangements for meetings
- Maintenance of the departmental office equipments
- Maintenance of departmental office supply including stationary and name cards.
Sales executive
Requirement:
- Minimum qualification : SPM
- possess good working attitudes
- preferably conversant in English, Mandarin & B. Malaysia
- pleasant personality
- be a team player
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibility:
- Promoting and carry the daily sales in the store. Handling client enquiry and provide a warm and nice service to our customers.
