Requirement:

Responsibility:

  • Daily supervision of accounts and finance functions
  • Preparation of relevant statutory reports
  • Able to handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
  • Prepare invoice, delivery order, purchase order, logistics and warehousing documentation
  • Coordinate timely release of products and response to the customers' enquiries
  • Liaise with customers, forwarders and relevant authorities
  • Handle general administrative matters
  • To organize and maintain files of departmental correspondence, records, etc
  • To schedule appointment and coordinate arrangements for meetings
  • Maintenance of the departmental office equipments
  • Maintenance of departmental office supply including stationary and name cards.

Sales executive
Requirement:

  • Minimum qualification : SPM
  • possess good working attitudes
  • preferably conversant in English, Mandarin & B. Malaysia
  • pleasant personality
  • be a team player
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibility:

  • Promoting and carry the daily sales in the store. Handling client enquiry and provide a warm and nice service to our customers.
